All Glitter Projects
Sand Art is the inspiration for this glitter art project for kids. Using craft glitter instead of art sand, adds sparkle to this fun kids craft. Having different colors of glitter, just as with colored sand, helps to add variation, depth, and character to the piece.
Using a funnel or straw, you can fill up the bottles with various glitters. You can use any kind of glitter, but Craft Glitter is the least expensive. You can use fine or chunky flakes or both!
I used fine craft glitter for the two jars shown in this posting. The fine craft glitters (0.015) I chose were; Black Glimmer, Disco Iridescent, Kelly Green Dream, Roya Blue Streak, Sterling Silver, Gala Red, and chunky craft glitter (0.040 flake size) in Gunmetal Grey.
