Most bulk orders that come in before 11am (eastern) ship out the same day or within 24 hours (M-F). Orders for Mini Jars may take an extra day to process. Please allow an extra 1-4 days during the heavy holiday season (Nov-Dec). See product descriptions for specific exceptions (By The Box etc).

VERY IMPORTANT UPS NOTES!
Note 1: If you are choosing a rush service (anything other than Ground) and expect your box to ship out the same day be sure to contact us prior to ordering. The warehouse where the order ships from is a busy place and cannot always get an order out the same day! The very latest an order could ship same day is around 2pm (Eastern) and that is really pushing it. We usually have a very large amount of orders being processed each day so please do not assume we can move your order to the top and get it out. Please call 888-833-7501.
Note 2: UPS will not deliver packages on the weekend unless you pay for Next Day Air service plus an extra fee of $15.00. Saturday service is not available in all areas. Send us an e-mail or call for details about this service.
Note 3: UPS does not count the day it ships or weekends when it gives delivery estimates. For example, if you order UPS 3 Day Select on a Friday your box will not arrive until the following Wednesday.
Note 4: DO NOT PROVIDE A PO BOX AS A SHIPPING ADDRESS!
Note 5: Rush packages that are delayed due to an "Act of God" (train wrecks, snow, etc) are not eligible for shipping refunds.
USPS - United States Postal Service
1st Class Mail- A good option for lightweight orders when you are not in a hurry.
We are now offering 1st class mail for small lightweight orders. This service is not known for its speed but it is very inexpensive. If you are not in a hurry, then this is a great option for getting a few samples or small jars. There is basic tracking available for 1st class mail packages. Expect your order to ship out in 1-3 days and for travel time to take between 3 and 10 business days (or longer). There are no guarantee delivery times with this service. Insurance will not cover mail that is stolen out of your mailbox, so be sure to provide a SECURE address. The insurance company that we use will not reimburse a customer until 30 days have passed.
Priority Mail- A fast & affordable option but no guaranteed delivery date.
We offer USPS Priority Mail. The post office says that it takes 1-6 days to anywhere in the US. Their transit estimates are not guaranteed and may take extra time. If you need a guaranteed delivery date please select a UPS service instead. Insurance will not cover mail that is stolen out of your mailbox, so be sure to provide a SECURE address. The insurance company that we use will not reimburse a customer until 30 days have passed.

We DO NOT quote shipping via email- we just cannot be as accurate as our shopping cart is. Please put the item(s) you want in a cart and use the shopping cart to calculate shipping using the name of your country and postal code.
Here are the US Post Office estimates on shipping times for International boxes. We find that adding a day or two on to their estimate is more realistic due to customs clearance issues.
US Int. 1st Class Mail: varies by location (1 to 6 weeks- no tracking past the US border)
US Int. Priority Mail: 6-10 Days
US Int. Express Mail: 3-5 Days
We have been shipping boxes internationally for over 25 years. Our experience is that 98% of boxes make it to their final destination and that 60% make it on time. The remaining make it there 1-10 days late.
All boxes are automatically insured. The insurance company will not reimburse a customer until 45 days have passed.
UPS Standard: We also ship via UPS to Canada. Service times vary based on which part of Canada you are located in. Expect it to be around 5-7 days. Need help determining brokerage fees? Here is the UPS International number: 800-782-7892. They may ask you the zip code we ship from (44149).
Please read the Important Notes below before you order!
Time: Bulk orders usually ship in 1-2 days M-F (75% of orders ship within 24 hours). Small mini jar orders can take longer to process (also check item descriptions for details specific to the product you are purchasing). During the holiday season (Nov-Dec) it can take up to 4 days for your order to ship. We do send E-Mail confirmations when the order is placed and tracking when it ships. If you do not receive one please check your SPAM filter or e-mail us at [email protected] You can also call our office (888) 833-7501.
Once your box is out the door it can take anywhere from 1 to 6 days to get to you depending on where you are located, and which shipping service you choose. You can refer to the map at the top of the page to see how long it will take for your box to arrive if you chose UPS Ground. If your box went via US Priority Mail it can take from 1-3 days (not guaranteed) and 1st Class Mail is generally 3-10 days (not guaranteed).
Delivery Insurance: What is Delivery Insurance? This charge covers packages that are stolen in transit from our warehouse to your hands. Right now UPS is rarely covering and USPS never covers packages that are marked as "delivered" but either 1. never were (stolen by the driver or within the delivery company) or 2. stolen off your porch or from your mailbox. Our customers expect us to pick up the tab for these packages and we have been for 75 years. Theft has become so prevalent that we can no longer absorb that expense. As of March 1st 2018 we are now contracting for "guaranteed delivery" insurance and the cost for that is $.99 cents an order. If you choose not to purchase this insurance and your box is stolen we may not be able to reimburse you.
Weekends: We are open to answer questions on the weekends via e-mail. We do not process or ship orders during those days. If you place an order after 10:00am Friday, it may not be processed until Monday morning. There are several US legal holidays that occur on Mondays. Be aware that we cannot ship USPS parcels on those days. Note: When we are swamped we sometimes set up a shipping session for Saturday morning with USPS packages.
The same goes for UPS delivery. They deliver only Mon-Fri (unless a special Saturday delivery fee is paid for). When you count the number of delivery days don't count the day it ships or the weekend.
Bad Addresses: Please double check your address as you enter it. Relying on your browser's auto-fill is a mistake. Why? Because it makes mistakes all the time. ALL THE TIME. We ship packages to the address you provide. It is up to you to provide a correct and complete address. If we ship to a wrong address and it comes back to us, we will restock your order and issue a refund for the product only. We will not reimburse you for the shipping costs if you provide a bad address. Take a moment to double-check before hitting that submit button, please! Nobody wants to pay for shipping once, let alone twice!
Tracking: We send out tracking numbers on all boxes that are going UPS and US Mail (unless you are an International customer in which case you will be sent the customs number). Tracking numbers are generally sent out in the evening. If you do not receive your tracking number be sure to check any SPAM filters you may have. They love to get caught there!
If you received a tracking number via email from us you can track your package easily. Usually, you can just click the link in the email and it takes you to a page where it displays tracking information. If it does not work try the links below:
