Return Policy
The Basics
We understand that sometimes the product you ordered may not meet your expectations or needs.
You have 14 days from the day your order was delivered to request a return.
All products that wish to be returned must be in original packaging, unused and unopened.
We do not offer free returns unless you receive a defective or incorrect product as ordered.
Refunds are made for the product only, less a 20% restocking fee.
What Is Not Returnable
Any (boxed) glitters, Mini Jars, Sample Bags, Custom Mixes.
These items are made to order for you and cannot be returned.
