Lighting Glitter - She Bleeds Glitter Short

We created a short video where we played with light and theatrical fake blood. Happy Halloween!

This video was shot with traditional and non-traditional lights. We started with a small array of typical photo shoot lights- CF 2400W with soft box filters. Then we added in a couple of accent lamps, candles, and the glow of the TV. All but the candles and the TV drop out halfway through the video and an LED spotlight plus a handheld incandescent flashlight (yep you read that right) was added. Of all the lights that were left on, the most important one was that old flashlight. Glitter loves incandescent light. Just like we discovered in the first video with the halogen light. If you need glitter to sparkle we highly recommend SUNLIGHT if possible, and halogen or directed/magnified incandescent light. It makes all the difference in the world!
