This glitter art project is perfect for wedding decorations, party decorations, or for anyone who wants to add a little sparkle to their life. This same technique can be used for flower arrangements ideas.
Utilizing Design Master Glue for Glitter (a plant friendly adhesive spray), 3 colors
of fine craft glitter (per plant Lavender Sky, Magic Magenta, and Pink Sparkle for the mauve/pink flowered plant and Gold Rush, Morning Gold, and Champagne for the yellow plant. You can also choose to use Polyester Glitters.), and craft paper (for masking off each flower).

I started with the pinkish plant first.

I made a mix of all two colors for the largest flower and did some single colors for some of the smaller ones.

Mixing the glitters in a bowl makes covering the flowers and saving the glitter easier.
Next- spray the flower...

move fast, sprinkle the glitter onto the damp flower.

as you glitter each flower, choose a different glitter color or collection of glitter colors.
This gives the plant more depth and complexity.

Now for the yellow flower.

You can add extra color into the center of the flower for additional depth.

The Design Master Glue for Glitter is OK for artificial, live and cut flowers. However, any glue will have an effect on a live plant. If you have a plant that you want to live for many months or years, we would recommend either not glittering it or keeping the coverage very light.
