In this video, we show you a few tricks for glittering a costume. We decided to cover this costume because ALL the materials are ones that can be a bit difficult to glitter.
Comments:
We cover an option for glittering velour/velvet, lace/mesh & feathers. This costume is for a small Community size production. The tips here are for audiences 30 feet or less from the stage. When doing costumes for longer distances or up in "the gods", larger flakes are required and slightly different techniques are needed. We hope to cover those in future videos quite soon. We used Polyester glitters in this video for the biggest sparkle using the smallest flakes possible.
