In this video, we show you how to make a glitter toilet seat using a pre-made mold. This project takes a lot of epoxy so it can be a bit pricey. However, the results were fabulous and it is already famous!
Note: Diza did a wonderful effect with this seat. On the top she poured her first layer with a clear chunky flake iridescent. The next layer was gold, and the iridescent over the gold was spectacular. It is much better than just a plain gold top! she also did some beautiful layering that can be seen from the side. On our next one, we are going to do some swirls and embedding.
Comment: This particular seat was the first one we ever cast. It was made with the top a bit thicker than we should have (too heavy). The mold was quite deep and we should have poured it about half as deep as we did- live and learn.
